The classes are open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga offers a holistic approach to health and happiness.
It comprises gentle exercise, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises
with a focus on self awareness.
Yoga can improve physical health, delay aging,
give inner energy, teach true relaxation and correct breathing. Yoga can
bring flexibility, strength and good posture and can help to develop inner
strength leading to serenity and wisdom. Yoga can be both energising and
relaxing...

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender,
physical ability, background or stage of life.
Dawn is a fully qualified (Dip FRYOG) and experienced
teacher. She has practiced yoga for 19 years.
The class will last 90 minutes. Each class begins and ends with a period
of relaxation and also includes:
• A series of stretches and warm ups
• Asanas (postures)
• Pranayama and breathing exercises
• Meditation
Emsworth is a small town on the Hampshire / West Sussex border between
Portsmouth and Chichester. Surrounding areas include Havant, Southborne,
Nutborne, Westbourne and Bosham.
Suitable clothing is unconstricting, loose and comfortable. eg leggings
and T-shirt. You will need socks and sweatshirt to keep you warm during
relaxation.
• A yoga mat
• A blanket / sleeping bag (to provide some cushioning from the
floor and to keep warm during relaxation)
Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach. It is advisable not to eat
for 90 minutes before a class.
